Rules and Additional Information

  1. Full charges applicable for children above 8 yrs of age;
  2. 100% advance must be paid to reserve your accommodation prior to your arrival;
  3. Security Deposit will be applicable at the time of check-in and this will be adjusted / refunded if there is no damage to property and all the consumable bills are settled;
  4. Government authorized valid Photo ID is mandatory for all occupants / guests at the time of check-in;
  5. The final room rate will be determined by the Villa Management for the period of stay, at the time of booking;
  6. If guests need early check-in, subject to front office clearance as confirmed by reservation team in written;
  7. All breakage and damages will be billed and late check-out is chargeable;
  8. Guests are free to get their own alcohol, as long as they have permit, no corkage charged;
  9. Strictly no drugs / sheesha should be possessed nor consumed inside property. If any guest found indulging in the same, management reserves right to terminate the booking immediately. Also, all accompanying guests will have to vacate the property instantly and unconditionally without any refunds whatsoever;
  10. Guests shall refrain from creating nuisance caused due to loud music;
  11. Guests are requested to preserve cleanliness of the property.

Payment Terms

  1. Preferred payment mode are - Digital: NEFT / Online Bank Transfer / UPI Only. - No cash dealings entertained inside Villa

Payment of Advances/ Security Deposits by Guests and Damage to Property

For reserving the Booking, Guests will have to pay the Advance prior to receiving the Booking Confirmation, as a security deposit, in order to protect Vyoman against the loss of revenue in case a Guests cancels a Booking or does not pay the balance amount.

In the event the Advance is not received by Vyoman, the Booking Confirmation shall not be sent by Vyoman to the Guest.

The Guests shall be responsible to check and report any damage to the Property or the equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, etc. therein within 90 minutes of Check-In. If the Guests fails to/ does not report any damages during the aforesaid time period, such damage shall be deemed to have occurred during stay of the Guests and the Guests shall be responsible to reimburse to Vyoman for any such damage without demure and delay.

Guests shall use the Property and the items/furniture therein with utmost care. At the time of Check-Out, the Guest shall leave the Property in good order and reasonably clean condition except normal usage.

The Guests agree and understand that in case any damage or breakage is caused to single item forming a set unless an identical replacement can be found the Guest shall be liable to pay for the replacement of the entire set.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims or differences between with regards to the Booking or in respect of any matters arising out of the Booking, shall be referred to arbitration of a sole arbitrator, whose decision shall be final and binding. The sole arbitrator shall be mutually appointed by the Parties. The Arbitration shall be held at Mumbai and shall be governed by the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration proceeding shall be conducted in English. Subject to the above arbitration provisions, the competent Courts in Mumbai shall have the jurisdiction in the matter.
