For any new reservation, you can cancel 15 days prior to the arrival date and receive 90%* of the booking value. Details of cancellation refund details are shown below:

1. Reservation cancelled 15 days prior to check-in date will incur a 10% of cancellation charges
2. Reservation cancelled 08-14 days prior to check-in date will incur a 50% of cancellation charges
3. Reservation cancelled 07 days prior to check-in date will incur a 100% of cancellation charges
4. Change of dates will be considered only in case of medical emergency but discretion always vests with management to allow rescheduling
